O’Rourke was hired to take on this challenge with a display retargeting campaign, from creative development to campaign execution. The ultimate goal was to stay top of mind as previous website visitors browsed the web while also providing a strong return based on post-impression revenue.
The display retargeting campaign launched in January 2018 and was met with great results from the start. Each month since campaign inception has returned at least 6:1 with the overall return being slightly under 10:1. More importantly, the campaign has captured over 500,000 impressions, ensuring that the property is staying top of mind to guests looking for a downtown Portland hotel.
