Cove Haven Yext Case Study

BACKGROUND

Cove Haven is a suite of three adults-only resorts in the Poconos region of Pennsylvania. They cater primarily to honeymooners and couples in search of romantic weekend retreats: getaways to the area’s scenic mountains and lakes, great food and plenty of champagne, with a dose of the Poconos’s characteristic themed romance (think: champagne-shaped hot tubs).

The problem: Cove Haven Resort’s online business listings were largely inaccurate. This not only made it difficult for potential guests to find and contact Cove Haven, but also negatively impacted the resort’s search engine rankings.

O’Rourke was tasked with updating Cove Haven’s business listings. Using the Yext PowerListings tool, we updated the resort’s listings to reach 100% accuracy.

 

RESULTS

Before performing a Yext audit, a problematic 98% of Cove Haven Resort’s business listings were inaccurate.

 

 

After completing our Yext optimization they are now fully optimized across hundreds of local information sites.

 

 

With the combined efforts of Search Engine Optimization and accurate local listing information, Cove Haven saw an enormous jump in organic traffic, organic conversions, organic bookings and most importantly, organic revenue.
