When Florida became a destination during the early stages of the COVID pandemic in 2020-21, Tampa’s Saddlebrook Resort was riding high with strong demand. But coming out of that stretch was more of a struggle and the resort was in need of a jumpstart.
Nestled in a nature preserve, the Saddlebrook Resort is surrounded by natural lakes and woodlands and home to a variety of colorful birds and other wildlife. It features two picturesque golf courses, tennis courts and spaces for meetings, weddings and a host of leisure activities. But the resort’s website was underperforming and unable to sustain momentum coming out of the pandemic.
Saddlebrook had long had an outdated website that didn’t adequately showcase all of their amenities and attractions. The property’s performance had been on the decline since the peak portions of the pandemic
The previous site had outdated images, navigation and functionality. Starting from scratch, O’Rourke designed and developed an entirely new custom website for Saddlebrook.
The new design features modern navigation, page layout, updated typography, room cards and refreshed content, all of which has contributed to the increased performance of Saddlebrook’s website.
The site also now has large, high-resolution imagery featuring the property’s most attractive amenities like its sprawling pool and patio area, and lush, lakeside golf courses.
