The Background

The Wentworth is a charming, 61-room inn within close proximity to cross country skiing, a stunning golf course and an abundance of year-round, outdoor activities. Located in picturesque Jackson, NH, it provides romantic getaways, family getaways, fine dining and weddings.

The Challenge

The previous owner of The Wentworth had built a substantial online presence, particularly on Facebook. The new owner was eager to build upon that success but recognized the need to do so delicately so as not to lose that audience. 

The goal was to tell the story of what the property was becoming to boost its bookings and revenue quickly.

The Solution

O’Rourke put a spotlight on the attractive visual elements of the property on Facebook and Instagram which increased followers and engagement among brides. 

That led to a number of wedding photographers tagging The Wentworth or sending them direct messages about featuring those images. The answer of course was “yes,” which then attracted even more compelling wedding imagery that could be featured across their channels.
